"It had been nearly a year since we heard a new CHAI song when “NO MORE CAKE” was released at the end of this past March.
Now having toured across the globe, garnering a diverse fanbase, CHAI gear up for their 3rd single release of this year, keep on rocking, the theme song to the live-action film for, “Noboru Kotera-san” (Kotera-san Climbs)!
Based on popular manga series, “Noboru Kotera-san”, featured in “good! Afternoon”, a manga magazine published by Kodansha Ltd., the film follows the story of Kotera-san and fellow high school students, highlighting the challenges of self-discovery and believing in one’s self.
The live-action film brings actress Haruka Kudo, with this being her first lead role, as well as widely known, Kentaro Ito, Jin Suzuki, Ai Yoshikawa, and Karin Ono."
