“RISE” (single) is an international collab made in the Philippines between Grammy Award-winning rapper Eric Bellinger, Filipino pop stars Inigo Pascual and Sam Concepcion, featuring Manila-based producer Moophs, Malaysian singer-songwriter Zee Avi, and BTS’s “Black Swan” composer, Vince Nantes.
The track is a cross-cultural message of hope, a chant to rise above the tides of today and to keep the faith at the dawn of a new world that we’ll face together.
In total, the artists involved reach 15M fans worldwide, amassing 200M views from YouTube alone.
The project is produced by Tarsier Records, a millennial-gen z leaning label in the Philippines.
Two music videos will be produced for the project: an animated video straight out of a comic book where the artists will be portrayed as superheroes battling the 2020 monster, and a montage of current events with messages of hope from influencers worldwide.
