Gavin Haley’s single “The Way I Am” was first released on September 13th of 2019 in advance of appearing on his Long Game EP that came out on October 18th, 2020.
The original version of the track was a duet with Ella Vos and quickly became a streaming success with its addition to the Spotify playlists Chill Hits, Chill Pop and Just Good Music.
In just under a year it has been streamed over 17 million times. This new version replaces Ella Vos with South-Korean singer/producer SOLE, and is being released to capitalize on the success Gavin has already seen in Asia despite never having toured there. Philippines, Taiwan, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia are all in Gavin’s top 15 territories for streaming activity across his catalog.
