그룹 블랙보드의 '커리어 3부작(Career Trilogy)'은 뮤지션이 겪는 데뷔-전성기-은퇴의 과정을 역순으로 풀어낸 스토리텔링 앨범이다.
그 시작을 담당하는 앨범 〈ReTire〉는 은퇴를 결심한 뮤지션이 느끼는 심정과 떠오르는 기억들을 인터뷰 형식으로 정교하게 표현한 앨범이다.
