Bobby Deerfield is Niia’s third studio LP, executive produced by Jonathan Wilson (Father John Misty, Angel Olsen.) Collaborators include Drew Erickson (Lana del Rey), Joey Waronker (Air, Beck, R.E.M.), & Prescription songwriter Chloe Angelides(Kim Petras, Katy Perry) Her April 2022 release OFFAIR: Mouthful of Salt received praise from Bob Boilen at NPR, KCRW, KEXP with prior press accolades from The New York Times, Pitchfork, Rolling Stone, & The Guardian, just to name a few.

This project continues to showcase how dynamic of an artist Niia is by incorporating Jonthan Wilson’s folk/psychedelic rock sound with her background as an R&B/jazz vocalist, while lyrically focuses on coming to terms with a difficult relationship with her father.
