스치면 인연, 스며들면 사랑이라 했던가.
영화를 좋아하는 사람으로서,
가끔 우리의 삶이 스치는 영화와 같다는 공상에 빠지곤 한다.
비록 거대한 카메라나 극적인 사건이 등장하진 않지만
작은 무언가가 우리의 삶에 스며들어 인생을 어디론가 나아가게 만드니까.

이야기에서 흔히 말하는 법칙처럼 우리 삶에는 종종 터닝 포인트가 찾아온다.
시작은 설렜으나 과정은 언제나 아름답지 못하고 결과는 불확실하기만 할 때,
우리는 어떠한 변화를 거친다.
그런 면에서 우리의 삶은 무수한 시작과 끝이 겹쳐진 여러 편의 이야기일지도 모른다.

이번 앨범으로 수많은 영화로 비유되는 삶의 찬란함을 표현해보고 싶었다.
아등바등 살기 위해 발버둥치는 우리의 삶이 한 편의 영화 같지 않은가.

스치면 영화, 스며들면 인생이다.

Karma is but a breeze unless it sinks in and becomes love.
As a great fan of the cinema, I often find the boundary between reality and cinema blurred.
There might not be big cameras around and the scale of the dramas might not be as big
but our lives are filled with endless episodes that move us to different directions.

Then there are the turning points. All beginnings seem rosy at first but as things progress, the only thing that becomes clear is uncertainty.
Ironically, this is what forces to change ourselves.
Our lives consist of numerous beginnings and endings which make up the big struggle to stay afloat.

This album is made to celebrate the brilliance of life.
Karma is but a movie until it sinks in and becomes reality
