신인가수 'Selene'의 데뷔작 [Selene]는 아티스트 셀레네의 첫 정규 앨범으로, 달의 여신이라는 의미를 지닌 아티스트명과 같이 어둠을 밝히는 달과 같은 음악으로 세상에 빛을 비추고자 하는 뜻을 담고 있다.
이번 정규 앨범은 JYP 프로듀서 출신 Ryan이 프로듀싱에 참여해 더욱 높은 완성도를 이끌어냈으며, Imagine Muzik 프로듀서 EJO와 이나일, 융스트링 등 국내 탑급의 편곡, 실연자 및 VVON, 도넛맨, 도규, 이한울 등의 실력파 아티스트들이 대거 피처링으로 참여해 각 트랙을 더욱 풍성하게 빛내주었다. 마지막으로 총 프로듀서 셀레네는 작사, 작곡, 편곡과 앨범 전체적인 콘셉트 프로듀싱에 이르기까지 전 과정에 모두 직접 참여하며 작품을 완성하였다.
